Veggie, mango & kelp noodle spring rolls with homemade #sugarfree peanut sauce for dinner this evening!  I filled rice paper wraps with kale, green cabbage, red pepper, cilantro, basil, cucumber, carrot, mango, & kelp noodles.  The sauce was made with peanut butter, garlic, tamari, lemon juice, almond milk, chilli flakes, and dates.
